Oh, and another thing: Remember Fannie, Freddie and the FHLBs?

Surely you recall that--nearly four years ago--these behemoth McMortgage backers all failed, simultaneously.

Blowing a multi-trillion fiatsco hole in the Ponzi Monetary System, kicking off "The Great Disintegration" (that never really materialized) and vaporizing tons of derivatives positions.

Yep, all that hysteria and hoopla began the weekend of September 7th, 2008.

And today?

Heh, you'd think nothing at all happened:

1. Fannie, Freddie, and the SHLBs are ALL still in business.

2. McMortgage rates--far from skying upon the collapse of these giants--have CRATERED to world-record lows.

3. Uncle Thug and the Fedge are now the proud "conservators/owners" of these GSEs and their MBS--and are enjoying juicy returns.

4. Finally, McMansion sales have been pulled out from the abyss and are now on the upswing--both in number of units sold, and price-per-McShack.

And the GUMS are happy as little larks, continuing to dwell in McStuccos they could never have afforded otherwise (and many of these deadbeats STILL aren't making their McMortgage payment!) and watching the Olympics and the new season of "Dancing With the Stars" on their widescreen TVs.

(Ras Conclusion): Simply another coffin nail in the perma-scroom case. For, there is NO problem, or entities, that is too big for Uncle Thug and the Fedge to simply swallow whole, amoeba-like, and continue the Infinite Fiat Ponzi Monetary Scheme.

Why anyone, anywhere, anytime would bet against these Alpha-Pigs is beyond me at this point.
